About Me
I'm Julia Zold, a California-licensed attorney advising individuals and business owners. I bring a distinctive perspective to my legal practice, shaped by years of experience as both an attorney and a dental clinician.
Before transitioning to the practice of law, I spent over a decade working chairside in clinical settings — an experience that gave me firsthand insight into the day-to-day realities of running a healthcare practice, managing teams, and navigating the operational and regulatory demands that small business owners face.
Today, I draw on that background to serve clients in real estate matters, entity formation and governance, business acquisitions and sales, and small business counseling. Whether I'm guiding a client through a commercial transaction, structuring a new venture, or counseling an established business, I understand that legal advice is most valuable when it accounts for the practical, human side of running a business.
A Central Coast native, I grew up in San Luis Obispo County before spending more than fifteen years living and working in San Diego, where I built my careers in both dental hygiene and law. That long-standing connection to California — its business communities, its industries, and its people — continues to inform the way I serve my clients.
Outside of the office, you'll likely find me horseback riding, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying time with friends and family.
